Tarbiyah Learning Academy is a Full Time Private Islamic School in Ottawa. It was established in 2012 with the sole purpose of providing an alternative to the standard schooling options for Muslim families in North America.
Tarbiyah Learning Academy fosters not only a strong academic foundation within each child, but also a unique method of teaching Islamic principles which our children are required to know and practice.
The key focus of Tarbiyah Learning is to facilitate a positive learning environment in which students develop the love of learning from a very young age.
Our Programs
As a full-time school, Tarbiyah Learning Academy has a full range of educational programs suited perfectly for Muslim students, including Quran study and a full Kindergarten program.

Special Guest Teachers
Through the year teachers arrange for special guests to come and take over a lesson or two for Tarbiyah Learning Academy students, enriching the school experience.
Tarbiyah Learning Academy is blessed to be using the classrooms in the Jami Omar Mosque. Staff and students are able to offer salah with the local community and use the masjid space for Quran lessons, too.
