Application Form

Thank you for your interest in Tarbiyah Learning. Application is now open for all levels for the academic year 2014/2015. Applications will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once the maximum level is reached for each level, application will close, at which time a waiting list will be created.

Please be sure the read all application requirements and details of the process before starting your application. There is a $65 non-refundable application fee for each student.
